Tutorial: How to Setup FlashLet

Follow These 10 Easy Steps:
1. Create or login to your Survey Analytics account
2. Select the "FlashLet tab" in the top navigation.
3. Click "Select New FlashLet" and input information
4. Add or import employees (manual or Excel spreadsheet)
5. Enter employee names and email addresses
6. Click "Email Scheduler" followed by "New Feedback Email"
7. Change the email frequency and time settings
8. Customize the email message and options
9. Run a test email by choosing "Run Scheduler"
10. Check your inbox to see you received the message
If you are happy with how your message appears, schedule it for your team to receive it each week! You can also use the "Team Pulse" feature to schedule rotating weekly questions in as much advance as you'd like.
