How is Happidex Calculated?
One simple and fully customizable question of your choice is asked to employees each day, and each week (via e-mail or a smartphone app). See below for some great examples!
"What did you get done today?"
Employees respond with quick progress snippets
"How was your week?"
Employees answer: good, average or bad
"Do you feel you have the resources you need?"
Employees answer: agree, neutral or disagree
"Is there anything you are stuck on?"
Employees answer: yes, somewhat or no
When we calculate the happidex - good is counted as positive, neutral is counted as average and bad is counted as negative.
Happidex is calculated by the following formula:
Positive votes - (neutral votes + 3* negative votes)
A negative or response holds 3x the weight of a positive response!
